About the Role

We're now looking for a talented Customer Support and Product Testing Specialist to join our team during an exciting phase of new product launches.

You'll work closely with our technical, product development, and marketing teams. Because you'll be both supporting customers and testing the products yourself, you'll play a key role in improving our user experience and ensuring that every device we release meets our quality standards.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of the full product range

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in a timely and professional manner

  • Collaborate with the development team to test new software and hardware updates before release

  • Contribute to the troubleshooting, maintenance, and improvement of existing products

  • Document and report issues clearly using internal tracking systems



About You

  • Strong understanding of how broadcast television and digital receivers work in the UK

  • Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics or circuit diagrams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English

  • Experience using issue or bug tracking tools (e.g. JIRA) is advantageous
