We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants (SEN TAs) to work in inclusive, supportive mainstream primary schools across Brent. This is an excellent opportunity for those who want to make a real impact-whether you're looking for full-time or part-time work.

SEN TA Role:

  • Opportunities available on both a full-time and part-time basis
  • Providing targeted support for pupils with a variety of SEN needs
  • Working one-to-one or with small groups to help children progress
  • Assisting in the delivery of tailored support plans and individual targets
  • Helping to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Promoting wellbeing, confidence, and positive behaviour in pupils

SEN TA Requirements:

  • Previous experience supporting children with SEN (school-based experience preferred)
  • A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to learning support
  • Understanding of a range of SEN needs, such as autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, or social/emotional needs
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
