Key Responsibilities:-
Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with a range of special educational needs

Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCO, and external professionals to implement individual learning plans

Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment that encourages student progress and well-being

Assist with classroom activities and contribute to the planning and delivery of targeted interventions

A degree (essential)

Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN in a school or similar setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
