About the role
You will be teaching students aged 11-19 years old who have a range of special needs including Autism (ASD), Moderate and severe learning difficulties. This role would be ideal for teachers with previous experience teaching students with a range of special needs. You will be in charge of planning and delivering inclusive and varied lessons that make the most of all students abilities. You will be ably supported by 3 Teaching Assistants in a class of approximately 12 students.
The role will be full-time, Monday to Friday 8.00am-4pm during term time so applicants must be able to commit to these hours.
This role is suitable for Fully Qualified Teachers with Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent NARIC.
