withtechnicalexpertise,andensuressmoothcommercialandoperationalprocesses
fromquotationthroughdelivery.

KeyResponsibilities

Sales&BusinessDevelopment

ManageandgrowinternationalandUKsalespipelines,identifyingnewbusiness
opportunitiesacrosskeymarkets.
Delivertechnicalsalessupport,includinginterpretingcustomerrequirements,
advisingonproductspecifications,andproposingsuitableengineeringsolutions.
Developandimplementcomprehensivesalesstrategies,salescampaigns,andmarket-entryplanstailoredtoindustryneeds.
Buildandmaintainstrategicrelationshipswithkeydecision-makers,procurementteams,engineers,andstakeholderswithincustomer
organizations.
Attendnationalandinternationalmanufacturingtradeshowstorepresentthe
company,generateleads,andmonitormarkettrends.
Costing,Pricing&QuotationManagement

Conductmaterialcosting,pricinganalysis,andmanufacturingtimeestimation
toproduceaccuratequotations.
Collaboratewithproduction,qualitycontrol,andtechnicalteamstodevelop
viable,cost-effectivesolutionsthatmeetcustomerrequirements.
Negotiatecommercialtermsandpricingwithcustomers,ensuringcompetitiveness
whilemaintainingprofitability.
Operational&TechnicalCoordination

Provideongoingtechnicalsupporttocustomers,addressingproductqueries,
performanceconsiderations,andmanufacturingcapabilities.
Workcloselywithinternaldepartmentstoensurecustomerexpectationsare
metthroughefficientproductionplanning,qualityassurance,andtechnical
compliance.
Manageimportandexportshipments,ensuringfulladherencetologistics,
customs,andcompliancerequirements.
Supplier&ProcurementManagement

NegotiatedealswithUKandinternationalsuppliersforrawmaterials,
components,andsubcontractservices.
Overseepurchasingactivitiestosecurematerials,equipment,andservices
requiredforproductionatoptimalcostandquality.
Monitorsupplierperformanceandmaintainstrongsupplierrelationshipsto
supportareliablesupplychain.
Administration&Reporting

Managesalesadministration,includingCRMupdates,orderprocessing,
documentation,andcustomercommunications.
Prepareregularsalesreports,forecasts,andperformanceanalysesfor
seniormanagement.
Ensureallsalesactivitiesarealignedwithcompanypolicies,commercial
objectives,andcompliancerequirements.
