Job Title: Furnace Operator
Location: West Bromwich
Salary: 13.00 per hour - 17.32 per hour (Premium Overtime Rates)
Shift Patterns: 06:00 - 18:00 / 18:00 - 06:00 (Rotating 12-hour shifts 4 on 4 off)
Oliver Rae is on the lookout for hands-on, driven Furnace Operators to join a fast-growing industrial team in West Bromwich. If you're experienced, confident around furnaces, and not afraid to roll your sleeves up, this could be your next big move.
Brief description of responsibilities:
Loading & unloading industrial furnaces
Driving FLTs (valid Counterbalance licence essential)
Monitoring furnace temperatures and making adjustments as needed
Carrying out routine maintenance checks
Keeping things running smoothly with regular inspections
