Executive AssistantWest Bromwich - office-based Mon-Fri£30,000 p/aBell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-established and reputable educational organisation based in West Bromwich. They are looking for an Executive Assistant to join their senior leadership support team.Duties and responsibilities of an Executive Assistant include (but are not limited to):

  • Provide an effective and efficient personal assistant role to the Executive Team including secretarial, clerical and administrative support.
  • To be responsible for the Executive Team diaries including scheduling of reoccurring routine meetings, managing and handling papers for boards and meetings, planning and preparations of events, working in collaboration with the other departments and teams as required.
  • Be the first line of contact for enquiries from internal or external sources handling queries in full, in many cases without reference to the Executive Team and wider SLT.
  • To build and maintain relationships and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive Team and wider SLT.
  • Make necessary preparations for meetings and undertake relevant committee work including convening meetings, drafting agendas, minute taking, tracking actions and collating and distributing documentation required for meetings.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a fast-paced, corporate EA/PA role.
  • Well-presented with good communication skills.
  • Experience within a large organisation (c. 500 staff or more) is preferred.
  • Evidence of supporting a range of senior stakeholders.
  • Happy in the office 5 days a week (no hybrid working option).
