ROLE: Executive Assistant
HOURS: Full Time Monday - Friday, 08:30am - 5pm
TYPE: Permanent
START: ASAP
SALARY: 30,000 - 32,000
LOCATION: West Bromwich (just a 3-minute walk from West Bromwich Central tram station)

What You'll Do:
As an Executive Assistant, you will be the backbone of the executive team, providing high-quality administrative and project support. Your key duties will include:
- Delivering efficient secretarial and clerical support to the Executive Team.
- Managing and coordinating the Executive Team's diaries, scheduling meetings, and preparing necessary documentation.
- Acting as the first point of contact for inquiries, handling queries independently.
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive Team.
- Preparing and producing detailed presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- organising meetings, including drafting agendas, minute-taking, and tracking action points.
- Supporting the organisation of high-profile college events and awards ceremonies.
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
