Location: West Bromwich

Salary: £35,000- £38,000 + benefits

This HR Advisor role is absolutely critical to support a HR team and business going through a change programme.

The HR Advisor will work within a busy business setting, bringing expertise and an ability to influence and manage key stakeholders, this role expert employee relations advice to managers across the business.

  • Your key focus will be to provide advice and guidance to managers and colleagues on aspects of HR policy and practice

  • Respond to questions regarding terms and conditions including pay, holiday and other forms of leave, flexible working requests, long term sickness, changes to benefits, exit process, etc

  • This will be managing complex ER cases across the business, from end to end.

  • Provide advice and guidance to managers and colleagues on aspects of HR policy and practice

  • Providing Management Information when required

  • This is which involve travelling to different sites across the Midlands.

This a fast environment, this business is looking for someone who has extensive employee relations experience managing cases from end to end as well as working in a generalist capacity.

You will have worked in a busy environment, and be a good influencer, be able to follow systems and able to provide robust HR support.
