Dedicate Recruitment is delighted to partner with a highly regarded college in West Bromwich seeking an experienced HR professional to join their established team.

Key responsibilities:

  • To provide generalist advice and guidance to colleagues in the effective use of all HR policies and procedures.
  • Act as first line support for all end-to-end ER matters including investigation, disciplinary, grievance and absence management.
  • Responsible for actively supporting the College by providing a comprehensive, effective and professional HR service to all employees.
  • Ensure all HR documentation is kept up to date in line with legal compliance and assist with preparing payroll information for processing.

The successful candidate will be CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards this, with a minimum three years’ HR generalist experience coupled with exposure to a range of HR practices including employee relations issues and leading on best practice. The ability to prioritise workload is essential as is the capacity to adapt flexibility to changing and competing demands that may arise at short notice.

In return the college offers generous annual leave of 30 - 50 days, fitness perks, a generous pension contribution and wellbeing support.

This is a full-time, all year through role, working across multiple sites as part of the college group.
