Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class support as part of our helpdesk team
- Troubleshoot technical issues across diverse systems
- Collaborate closely with senior technicians on complex matters
Technical Skills Required:
- 365 and Exchange
- Azure AD/Entra
- server support
- networking knowledge (desirable)
- service desk experience
