Mechanical Maintenance Engineer required for a leading manufacturing company with a history of over 100 years. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company offering job security and a days-based role.
This role would suit mechanically biased candidates from any maintenance background.
Working within a small engineering team, the successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment. This will include working with hydraulics, pneumatics and basic electrics. You will work with automated equipment which will involve working with PLCs.
The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:
· Planned and reactive maintenance
· Control of maintenance tools and stores
· Support new installations
· Days based hours – no call out
