Are you a confident HLTA with a Level 4 qualification, ready to take the next step in your career? A vibrant primary school in West Bromwich is looking for a dedicated HLTA to provide PPA cover, lead intervention sessions, and support learning across EYFS to KS2.
This full-time, long-term role starts immediately and offers a great opportunity to work across different year groups while making a meaningful impact.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver planned lessons during teacher PPA time across the primary age range
- Lead small group intervention sessions focused on raising attainment
- Work closely with teaching staff to support learning outcomes
- Support classroom routines and contribute to behaviour management
- Provide high-quality feedback on pupil progress
We're Looking For Someone That Has:
- A Level 4 HLTA qualification or QTS
- Experience leading whole-class teaching in a primary setting
- Confidence managing a classroom and adapting to different year groups
- Flexible, strong organisation skills and commitment to pupil development
