What You’ll Be Doing
Â
- Fault-finding and fixing automation, electrical, and mechanical issues mid-shift
- Leading proactive and reactive maintenance (because “wait and see” isn’t the plan)
- Delivering improvement projects that help drive plant performance
- Supporting KPIs like OEE and downtime reduction
- Working safely and making sure everyone else does too
- Coaching and supporting operators and junior engineers
- Helping shape a culture of performance, pride, and continuous improvement

What You’ll Need

- Time-served apprenticeship, with an electrical bias
- Good communicator and calm under pressure
- Comfortable coaching others and being a technical go-to
- Motivated, solutions-focused, and not afraid to challenge the status quo
