£28,000 basic OTE £31,000

Assistant Store Manager - What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store
  • Leading, developing and motivating a small team to achieve KPIs
  • Delivering exceptional service and understanding customer needs
  • Driving sales and ensuring high store standards
  • Taking ownership of key areas of store operations
