We’re working with a leading company looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join their friendly and driven team in Byfleet.

Assistant Store Manager - What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store
• Leading, developing and motivating a small team to achieve KPIs
• Delivering exceptional service and understanding customer needs
• Driving sales and ensuring high store standards
• Taking ownership of key areas of store operations
