Job Title: Temporary Personal Assistant - Digital & Personal Projects Support (2-3 months)

Location: Byfleet / Hybrid - Remote with occasional visits to a home office (near train station)

Start Date: As soon as possible

Our client, a private and creative individual, is seeking a temporary personal assistant to assist in completing a range of meaningful digital and personal projects over the next two to three months.

The client is eager to become more confident with technology but finds some aspects increasingly challenging and would greatly value patient, organised assistance, particularly from someone who can explain things clearly, help document key details and bring a sense of calm focus to their plans.

What You’ll Help With

  • Personal Projects:
  • Finalising a long-standing Christmas project
  • Structuring and improving a personal book (currently in PowerPoint)
  • Organising and managing multiple passwords
  • Uploading, organising, and sharing personal photos, including posting to Facebook
  • Researching and documenting a film career of a relative, linking each title to corresponding images in a digital format

Working Style & Logistics

  • A proactive candidate with an all-in-one "big swoop" approach to tackling a to-do list
  • Remote work is possible for most tasks, though occasional in-person visits may be helpful (especially for reviewing physical documents or providing tech help hands-on)
  • Located in a property close to the train station, with a personal office setup and available parking options for guests

Ideal Skills & Qualities

  • Tech-savvy and patient, especially with digital tools like PowerPoint, password managers, and photo platforms
  • Excellent organisational and documentation skills
  • Clear communicator with a respectful, friendly manner

Start Date: As soon as possible

If you enjoy helping others bring their creative and personal goals to life—and you’re organised, empathetic, and tech-literate—this is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
