CNC Supervisor responsibilities:
  • Supervising late shift operations and supporting a small team
  • Setting, operating, and programming CNC turning centres (Fanuc controls)
  • Ensuring smooth workflow and achieving shift targets
  • Monitoring quality and output, resolving minor issues where needed
  • Acting as the main point of contact for handovers and production updates
What we’re looking for:
  • Strong CNC machining background with programming experience (Fanuc essential)
  • Previous experience supervising or leading a team in a machine shop environment
  • Able to read engineering drawings and perform quality checks
  • Confident leading by example while staying hands-on with production tasks
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
