Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom, were enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

Mobile networks- We keep the country connected through the survey, design, installation and maintenance of private 5G networks, small cells, supporting Smart Cities & Connected infrastructure.

What will you be doing?

You'll be responsible for the successful delivery of the Project to customer and company standards and overall management of the internal cross functional team and related external suppliers. You'll be responsible for project P&L, delivery of Project revenue targets & KPIs (both internal and external). You'll interact with and support HSEQ, Commercial, Finance and PMO departments. Responsibility for Project reporting information to Executive Board working alongside Client Director and Commercial Dept to defend against project scope creep.
Undertake direct intervention to investigate underperformance, instigate recovery initiatives and intensely manage the recovery of delivery performance. Escalating to the Client Director as required. Manage delivery through review meetings with acquisition, design and build staff.

What youll bring

Extensive Project Management, Acquisition, Design, Build, Rigging and I&C experience/knowledge.
Strong Leadership experience with a proven ability to drive delivery of large high profile wireless telecom roll-out projects
Natural ability to challenge and influence key stakeholders
Strong knowledge of all Network tools and systems.
Proven background in telecoms (10 Years Minimum) Excellent I.T. and database skills. (MS Office, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Access)
