Senior ValuerSurrey£65K OTE

Our client is seeking an experienced Valuer to join their team in Surrey.You will be responsible for valuing properties, winning new instructions, and guiding clients through every step of the sales journey, all while providing an exceptional, personalised experience. You will:

  • Carry out detailed, accurate, and market-aware property valuations with a customer-first approach
  • Deliver tailored advice and valuation strategies to suit client needs and current market conditions
  • Convert valuation opportunities into instructions through relationship-building and service excellence
  • Build trust and rapport with vendors and buyers through clear, transparent, and responsive communication
  • Maintain long-term relationships with past and current clients, delivering consistent service throughout the process
  • Manage the sales process from instruction through to successful completion, ensuring smooth handovers and timely updates
  • Conduct viewings, handle feedback, and negotiate offers to secure optimal outcomes for clients
  • Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other parties to ensure progression and resolve issues efficiently
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local area, including referral generation and repeat business
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity and local property trends
  • Proactively seek ways to improve performance and service delivery within the team
  • Assist with creating high-quality marketing materials including brochures, floorplans, and property descriptions
  • Ensure properties are marketed effectively across all platforms, delivering standout exposure

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have proven experience in estate agency with a strong track record of winning and converting valuations
  • Have outstanding communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
  • Have strong organisational and time management abilities, with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Have knowledge of the local property market and current industry legislation
  • Be self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Have professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset

Working hours are Monday to Thursday - 8:30am to 6.30pm Friday - 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday* - 9:00am to 5:00pm (Work every other Saturday)

*when scheduled to work a Saturday a day off in the week leading up to it will be awarded.
