About the Land Surveyor Role:

As part of our technical surveying team, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate, high-quality survey data across a range of civil engineering sites.

From planning and data collection to analysis and reporting, your expertise will ensure every project runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

As our Land Surveyor you will be specifically responsible for:

•  Planning and carrying out land and topographic surveys.
•  Establishing and managing GPS and control networks.
•  Conducting volumetric calculations and produce detailed reports.
•  Operating multirotor UAVs for aerial data capture (training provided).
•  Completing pre-flight planning, post-flight data processing, and documentation.
•  Preparing method statements and risk assessments.
•  Liaising with clients on-site to ensure survey requirements are met.

In order to be successful in this role you must have:

•  Minimum 2 years’ experience in land surveying.
•  Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, N4ce, or similar).
•  Strong knowledge of GPS networks and survey instruments.
•  Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
•  A safety-focused and methodical approach to work.

It would be great if you had:

•  GVC or CAA Operational Authorisation.
•  Experience with UAV mapping or photogrammetry software.
