Freightserve recruitment is seeking an Export Clerk for a small, well-established Freight Forwarder in the Hamondsworth, Middlesex area.
The role involves handling shipments from start to finish, including arranging collections, booking shipments, processing documentation, and monitoring shipments.
Candidates must have experience completing all export documentation and customs entries, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
The position requires the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
The salary for this role is competitive, and candidates should have a minimum of two years of relevant experience in the freight forwarding industry.

Freightserve recruitment are looking for an Export Clerk for a small well-established Freight Forwarder based in the Hamondsworth, Middlesex area.

Duties:-

Handling shipments from start to finish (arranging collections, booking shipments with airlines/hauliers, processing docs, post flighting/ monitoring shipments & billing)
Dealing with shippers, clients and overseas agents.
Processing export entries
Loading documents/PODs on operating system

Required Experience:-

Completing all Export documentation
Customs entries
High level of accuracy with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Ability to work effectively under own initiative.
Good team player.
Good written and verbal communication skills
