ADG Administrator Role

The UK's flagship airline are seeking an experienced ADG Administrator to join their team. If you're a detail-oriented professional with a passion for administrative excellence, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As the ADG Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Airworthiness data group, ensuring the ongoing compliance of the company's aircraft fleet. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Accurately translating engineering airworthiness data for aircraft components, such as engines and landing gears, from overhaulers and suppliers into the engineering airworthiness system.
* Clearing maintenance tasks carried out during overhauls and compiling historical "back to birth" records and reports.
* Providing administrative support for the technical log data entry process.
* Managing the maintenance record archive activities, including physical storage and movement of records.
* Clearing maintenance tasks, auditing and validating data, and processing component changes.
* Authoring procedures, raising purchase requests, and carrying out records disposal activities.
* Providing on-the-job training and guidance to colleagues, as well as supporting investigations and report production.

To excel in this ADG Administrator role, you will need:

* Qualifications to Level 2 or equivalent educational experience.
* Desirable experience in aircraft records and/or publications.
* Strong planning, organizing, and prioritizing skills to meet departmental targets.
* Excellent communication and influencing abilities, with a customer-focused and proactive approach.
* Proficiency in using IT systems and awareness of relevant procedures and CAA regulations.
* A self-driven and analytical problem-solving mindset.
