Opportunity

Working, alongside the Business Managers and Product Managers to provide support in key product areas. This position will provide exposure to the wider commercial and operational aspects of Product Management and will require a disciplined approach to deliver accurate / detailed work to time, whilst remaining versatile to respond to a sporadic and varied workload in support of the wider needs of the consumer business.

This is a fantastic opportunity, the foundation level into product management and potentially wider business management areas.

With a hybrid approach, offering one to two days per week working from home, with the remainder of the time based at the head office close to Heathrow Airport.

Main Duties

  • Setting up and maintaining product information in various systems
  • Ensuring accurate and timely entry of product details, pricing and specifications
  • Uploading forecasts into the appropriate systems
  • Ensuring that uploaded data aligns with financial reports and correcting discrepancies
  • Entering and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Monitoring order status and ensuring timely fulfilment
  • Liaising with customers to confirm order details and resolve any issues
  • Update and inform Marketing, Sales and retailers / distributors about product features and benefits
  • Prepare and share reports with different departments

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in MS Office systems, with strong skills in Excel, ideally intermediate to advance
  • Proactive with excellent attention to detail
  • Educated to degree level ideal
  • Strong qualification in maths
