We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Sales Negotiator in West Drayton for a family run, independent Estate Agency.The ideal candidate should be target driven and looking to work within a team. You will need to be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career and have a winning mindset.Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.Benefits for the role of Trainee Sales Negotiator:
- Basic £20,000 - £22,000
- OTE £25,000 - £30,000 DOE
- Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, every other Saturday 9am - 3pm with a day off in lieu
- Pooled commission
- Good earning potential
- Holiday entitlement increasing each year after 5 years

Responsibilities for the role of Trainee Sales Negotiator:
- Registering and qualifying potential buyers
- Generating and conducting viewings
- Canvassing to bring on new properties
- Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
- Preparing sales brochures
- Developing relationships
- Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
- Booking appointments
- Always delivering exceptional customer service
Key Skills for the role of Trainee Sales Negotiator:
- Previous property experience not essential
- High level of customer service skills with ideally sales
- The desire to work well in a team
- Good telephone manner
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Target driven
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and have use of your own car
