What You’ll Be Doing as their Senior Planner:Crafting and executing detailed production schedules across assembly, machining, testing, and repair.
Managing complex BOMs, custom engineering drawings, and material requirements like a seasoned pro.
Navigating capacity constraints and solving bottlenecks before they disrupt delivery.
Ensuring ERP/MRP data is accurate, actionable, and always ahead of the curve.
Partnering with procurement, stores, and customer service to keep everything – and everyone – moving.
Championing continuous improvement, from kitting to WIP tracking and beyond.
Defining KPIs that matter – and driving performance to meet them.
5 years of planning experience in a low-volume, complex manufacturing environment.
Deep understanding of mechanical assembly OR a mechanically biased manufacturing environmentÂ
ERP/MRP expertise (SAP, NetSuite, Epicor – you name it).
Analytical thinking, Excel wizardry, and a proactive, hands-on approach.
Experience juggling new builds, repairs, and prototypes in a mixed-mode setup.
A degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering.
APICS CPIM certification.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and configuration management.
