About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a new independent school in the heart of Harmondsworth (West Drayton), supporting children aged 5-11 with severe learning difficulties and Autism.

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Proven experience teaching SEN children, especially those with severe learning difficulties and Autism

  • Familiarity with the EQUALS curriculum (desirable)

  • Experience with non-linear developmental assessment frameworks such as Routes for Learning or SCERTS (desirable)

  • A deep passion for working with SEN students
