SEN Teacher

Apex Educ8 is seeking to recruit a passionate and dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher for a fantastic school in West London. This is a full-time position, starting immediately.

The ideal candidate will be a hardworking professional with a strong commitment to helping students with special educational needs reach their full potential. SEN Teacher Job Specification:

  • Location: West London• Job Title: Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher• Contract: Terp to Perm• Full/Part Time: Full Time• Rate: £36,412 - £53,994 (DOE)• Hours: 8:30am - 4pm

SEN Teacher Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver and assess high-quality lessons tailored to meet the needs of SEN students.• Adapt teaching methods and materials to support a range of learning abilities.• Work closely with support staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.• Monitor and track student progress, implementing strategies to support their development.• Create and maintain a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies and promote positive social interactions.

YOU MUST:

• Hold valid RIGHT TO WORK in the UK.• Hold an Enhanced Child DBS on the update service.• Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.• Provide two professional references.
