Role Overview
In this role, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, individualised lessons tailored to diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and external agencies to support pupils' progress
- Create a safe, structured, and motivating classroom environment
- Monitor, assess, and adapt teaching strategies to ensure continued pupil development
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
- Previous experience working with SEN pupils (preferably in primary settings)
- A calm, resilient, and creative approach to teaching
- Dedication to inclusive, child-centred education
- A genuine desire to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with additional needs
