Inspire, Support, TransformWe are looking for a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our specialist primary school in West Drayton this September. Our school provides a supportive and nurturing environment for children with complex needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), speech and language challenges, and moderate to severe learning difficulties.
The RoleAs an SEN Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning profiles
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and therapists to support pupils' academic, emotional, and social development
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Promote independence, confidence, and meaningful progress for every child
We're seeking someone who is:
- A qualified teacher (QTS essential)
- Experienced in working with children with SEN, ideally in a primary setting
- Patient, empathetic, and innovative in approach
- Skilled in using inclusive strategies to meet a wide range of needs
- Committed to making a lasting difference in children's lives
