The Role:
- Engage with customers to accurately understand their requirements and actively sell relevant products or services
- Guide customers through the hire/rental process, explaining terms, availability and ensuring accurate agreements are completed
- Maintain a strong understanding of our product/service offerings and the available hire/rental fleet, including features, benefits and pricing
- Prepare accurate sales quotations and hire agreements, processing orders efficiently and ensuring all documentation is completed
- Monitor the availability of the hire fleet, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure equipment is ready for hire and returned efficiently
The Person:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Experience within a hire company
