Job Title: Manufacturing / Production Operatives
Location: Hedge End
Contract: 6 Months (Strong potential for extension)
Pay: 12.90 per hour (rising to 13.21 after 12 weeks)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm (37.5 hours/week)
Optional Late Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm with 25% shift premium

What you'll be doing:
Assembling and testing a variety of products and sub-assemblies
Ensuring high standards of quality and attention to detail
Following procedures and working as part of a close-knit team
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Ideally, a background in electronics or similar technical field
Good manual dexterity and the ability to focus on detailed tasks
