The ideal candidate will understand the challenges of the resi market and have a positive and motivated disposition to help drive the business forward and make the most of their excellent current opportunities in the long and short term.

The salary range is wide (and completely flexible) because the Directors will consider someone ready to step up to the role as well as somebody who is currently carrying out the job.
