ARM are delighted to be supporting one of our clients in London with the recruitment of an HR Business Partner on a permanent basis.

This HR position will partner with the business leaders and line managers acting as a trusted advisor to build their people capability, plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve business objectives, drawing on expertise from CoE and support from shared services.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations casework including performance, dismissals, grievance and absence.
  • Provide flexible, proactive and high-quality advice and guidance to business leaders line managers.
  • Ensure global policy and principles are consistently applied across different geographies.
  • Work with colleagues in different geographies to ensure high quality delivery of HR services.
  • Assist the HR Director/Head of HR in determining and delivering HR?s strategic priorities.
  • Support annual performance review activities and coaching and supporting managers on performance management.
  • Identify learning & development needs and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Respond to MI requests and provide reports and analysis as directed by Head of HR/HRD.
  • Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes and implement

Requirements:

  • Good generalist HR background, gained within a commercial environment.
  • CIPD qualified or currently working towards.
  • Global or multi-regional experience and knowledge an advantage.
  • Able to manage and operate in a matrix organisation.
  • Confident advising managers on all aspects of people management.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and numerical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships at all levels.
  • Competent user in Microsoft office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint).
  • Comfortable with using collaboration tools (Teams) and HR platforms (ideally Sage People).
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong organisational skills.
