Pay – MPS/UPS £160 - £230
Location – Southampton
Hours - 8am – 3.30PM
An exciting opportunity has arisen at a small 2 form entry Primary school in the Southampton suburbs as they seek a Year Leader for either EYFS or KS2 for the upcoming academic year. The school are eager to welcome an experienced and dedicated teacher who shares their high standards and ambition. This is a fantastic chance to play a key role in shaping the future of the school while working alongside a supportive, forward-thinking team.

Job specifications:
- Suitable for an experienced teacher – previous Year leader positions would be advantageous.
- To implement and deliver an appropriate, broad, balanced and differentiated curriculum
- To facilitate, support and monitor the overall progress and development of peers
- Non-contact time to mentor and support ECT students
- To foster a learning environment which provides pupils with the opportunity to fulfil their potential
- Have high expectations for pupils learning and social, development.
