The Role
As Site Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a specialist indoor production facility, overseeing operations across laboratory, glasshouse and controlled-environment growing areas.
You'll lead the site team, maintain exceptional standards and ensure customer deadlines are consistently met.
Day-to-Day, You'll Be:
- Managing and supporting a small, diverse site team
- Overseeing production across growing, harvesting and laboratory areas
- Ensuring quality, traceability, hygiene and Health & Safety standards
- Coordinating production to meet customer requirements
- Working closely with senior management to improve site efficiency
What You'll Need:
- Proven people management experience
- Agriculture or horticulture background (or strong practical experience)
- Organised, confident and hands-on leadership style
- Good IT skills (Excel, Word, Teams)
- A positive, proactive attitude - personality is key
