- Building strategic relationships with a portfolio of existing B2B clients
- Identifying upsell opportunities across a suite of industry-specific products
- Delivering online training sessions, account reviews and product presentations
- Conducting virtual client meetings to deepen engagement and maximise usage
- Analysing client activity and usage to drive retention and increase share of wallet
- Feeding market insights back into the business to support product development
- 1–2 years of experience in a B2B or B2C sales/account management role
- A confident communicator with a consultative and customer-focused approach
- Someone who thrives on building relationships and exceeding targets
- Organised, methodical and commercially astute
- Comfortable presenting and analysing data (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- A natural team player with the drive to continuously learn and develop
- £24,000 + £10,000 OTC
