Job Opportunity: Dental Practice Manager

Location: West MallingSalary: £35,000-£45,000 per annum (To Be Negotiated & dependant on experience/how the interview goes)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the dental practice to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

  • Manage and support clinical and non-clinical staff, including rotas, recruitment, training, and performance reviews.

  • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory bodies (e.g. CQC, GDC, Health & Safety) and maintain up-to-date policies and procedures.

  • Monitor financial performance, including budgets, cost control, and revenue targets.

  • Handle patient queries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

  • Maintain stock control and order dental materials and supplies as needed.

  • Ensure effective diary management and appointment scheduling to optimise productivity.

  • Drive improvements in patient experience, team engagement, and overall practice efficiency.

  • Organise staff meetings and promote a positive, collaborative workplace culture.

  • Report key performance indicators (KPIs) and support strategic planning and growth initiatives.
