My client is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Day to day duties of a Customer Service Advisor –

  • Provide helpdesk and order fulfilment support and advice, via email and telephone to customers.
  • Liaise with third parties to ensure smooth running of the customer ordering process.
  • Investigating and offering a timely response to customer enquiries and requirements.
  • Take ownership of queries and actions appropriately.
  • Ensure customer queries are dealt with and actioned on a regular basis, in line with helpdesk KPI’s.

Skills and experience required for the Customer Service Advisor role –

  • Previous experience in a customer service environment.
  • Able to work independently and as a team.
  • Ability to work with clearly defined processes and to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Competent with Microsoft packages (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
