My client are looking for a recent graduate with a positive attitude and aptitude for learning to join their production team. You will be researching, creating and managing conferences.

This graduate role is the perfect start to your career. Through supportive on-the-job training and within weeks of joining them, your first conference will be ready to be marketed. You will have full responsibility over the success of your events - starting from your first conference. You will become a central part of the business, building functional relationships with members of each department.

Your responsibilities

  • Researching, building and managing new and cutting-edge conferences
  • Conducting high quality desk research using the telephone, virtual meetings,online and publications
  • Writing accurate, benefit driven copy to sell your event
  • Sourcing, recruiting and building relationships with first-class speakers and key opinion leaders in your field
  • Working collaboratively with the marketing, operations and sales teams to maximise your event success
  • Attending and managing your online or in-person conference on the day
