Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)

What you’ll do
The role supports a multi-disciplinary security team in which all analysts will work on a mixture of security operations, assurance, and governance activities, with significant cross-training. To support this model, we are looking for a senior information security analyst with a range of experience which may include security operations, vulnerability management and security assurance, risk management and security governance, or project security consultancy.
As our Senior Information Security Analyst you will:
- Lead first and second line security operations including vulnerability management
- Investigate security incidents
- Maintain policies and procedures in line with evolving industry best practice
- Assure the client security controls are functioning effectively
- Actively promote Information Security including education and awareness
- Assist with team leadership activity
- Mentor and support junior members of the team
- Work as part of a 24x7 support rota
Who you’ll be
This role is for you if you have experience of working in Information or Cyber Securityand are keen to make a difference to society. We are looking for:
- Significant experience of working in a security related role, with demonstrable experience in some of the required specialisms
- A demonstrable passion and enthusiasm for security with a willingness to learn
- A strong understanding of Risk Assessment frameworks and methodologies
- The ability to explain complex security issues in a fashion that could be understood by non-technical people.
- Proactive self-starters with an eye for detail and a strong customer focus.
