Our client, a leading business in the Financial Services industry is seeking a Mortgage Administrator to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

Due to growth our client is looking for a Mortgage Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis, where you will be required to be the first point of contact for clients, colleagues and third parties, providing a high level of customer service support whilst completing administrative duties with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ office experience in a customer service or administration role, and will be keen to forge a career in the Financial Services / Mortgage industry. You will also benefit from support from the employer towards professional qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships within the business and with a broad range of clients

- Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing a high level of support at all times

- Liaise with different teams within the business, providing a high level of administrative support where necessary

- Update and maintain internal systems and databases with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times

- Work towards standards and regulations at all times

- Manage internal diary systems and calendars

- Complete administration duties where necessary

- Confident answering any client questions and queries

Key Experience:

- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in an office environment, providing a high level of customer service and administration support

- Excellent communicator, confident liaising with colleagues, clients and third parties of all levels

- Able to work both independently and as part of a team

- Be happy to work towards professional qualifications

- Genuine interest in the Mortgage / Financial Services industry with a keenness to progress

- Able to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times
