We are working with a financial services company to support with the recruitment of a Project Administrator. This role is based in West Malling and is 2 days on site per week, 3 days from home. Key Responsibilities for the Project Administrator: - Supporting with the administration for a large internal transformation - Taking responsibility of the project administration and coordination activities - Working on multiple workstreams, attending workshops and project meetings - Full coordination of project meeting logistics, including, invites, calendar management, minuet taking, agendas etc..- Act as document librarian, ensuring the relevant people have the right access to different documents - Sending documents for approval Key skills for the Project Administrator:- Experience working as a Project Administrator/Coordinator or a PA to a programme manager - Strong understanding of complexities within projects - Personable, ability to grow and nurture relationships with multiple stakeholders - Exceptional organisations skills Please apply as directed!
