Job Title: Compliance Coordinator
Location: West Malling, Kent
Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Salary: Up to 32,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to join our facilities Management team on a key public sector contract based in West Malling, Kent. This role is essential in ensuring that all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and in full compliance with legal and contractual obligations.

You'll play a pivotal role in improving operational systems and processes, managing compliance documentation, and supporting both internal teams and supply chain partners.



Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, task forces, and compliance-related communications
  • Maintain a robust and efficient document management and filing system
  • Monitor and manage PPM tasks to ensure compliance with contract KPIs
  • Prepare monthly reports and manage KPI failure processes where applicable
  • Identify and assess regulatory risks, supporting policy and process updates
  • Liaise with supply chain partners to ensure timely completion of planned maintenance
  • Conduct audits and ensure documentation is ready for review
  • Manage fleet key security and documentation


What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or compliance-related role
  • Strong understanding of compliance processes and data analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and BIM systems
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Facilities Management qualifications (desirable)
  • IOSH 3-day or NEBOSH certification
  • Experience with Concept CAFM and superuser-level responsibilities
  • A confident, reliable, and professional individual with a strong work ethic
