We are seeking an experienced Site Managerto take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a prestigious development of 9 new-build houses.

--Key Responsibilities--
-Oversee all site operations, ensuring quality, safety, and programme compliance.
-Manage subcontractors and coordinate with suppliers.
-Monitor build progress against schedules and budgets.
-Uphold the highest standards of health & safety on site.
-Liaise with project managers, surveyors, and inspectors.
-Ensure homes are delivered to the highest quality standards.

--Requirements--
-Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential projects.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications required.
-Forklift ticket.
-Eye for detail and ability to deliver high-quality finishes.
-Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
