Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in education settings
  • NASENCo qualification or willingness to study for NASENCo qualification through school
  • Understanding of various SEN and supporting children's learning

Responsibilities:

As a SENCo, you will be responsible for supporting teachers with differentiating materials and resources to support children in accessing the learning. You will be responsible for SEN referrals and supporting children and families throughout the diagnosis process.
