Digital Marketing Specialist

??Location: High Wycombe (working from home 4 days a week 1 day office based)

Are you an experienced digital marketer with a passion for email campaigns and a desire to make a real difference? We're looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join a dynamic and supportive Marketing team in a thriving not-for-profit organisation based in Buckinghamshire on the outskirts of High Wycombe.

This exciting opportunity will see you working alongside the Content Marketing Manager, marketing development teams, external consultants, and internal stakeholders to design and deliver digital campaigns that bring their services and values to life.

Youll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising email marketing initiatives using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, along with supporting integrated campaigns across digital channels to help achieve key organisational KPIs.

This role is a full time, working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday.?This role involves hybrid working and is currently 1 day a week in the office and 4 days from home, however you need to be within 1 hour commute to High Wycombe.

Key Responsibilities as the Digital Marketing Specialist:

  • Develop and deliver targeted email marketing campaigns
  • Act as the in-house expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and digital KPIs
  • Support broader digital campaigns and strategy execution
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
  • Support content creation and digital asset management

Experience & Qualifications for the Digital Marketing Specialist:

  • Experience in creating and managing end-to-end email campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools
  • Strong understanding of HTML
  • Hands-on current or recent experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience in integrated marketing campaigns
  • Budget management experience
  • CIM qualification (desirable) or working towards
  • Degree-level education (desirable)
