Production Operative (Cables)
Location: Westbury, Wiltshire
Salary: 12.21 per hour + Early Friday Finish + Excellent Benefits

In this role, you will be working on your feet for long periods, handling small, detailed parts that require accuracy, dexterity, and focus. You'll use exact measurements, follow precise instructions, and maintain high standards of quality while meeting production deadlines.
Soldering experience would be an advantage, but full training is provided for the right person.
Working hours are 08:00-16:45, Monday to Thursday, with an early finish on Fridays.
This role would suit a reliable and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in producing quality work, enjoys hands-on tasks, and thrives in a structured, team-based environment.

The Successful applicant will be:
- Reliable, dexterous, and able to handle small, detailed parts with care.
- Ideally has soldering experience and enjoys hands-on, quality-focused work.
- Happy to work on their feet most days.
This role is a temp to perm contract that could lead to a full time permanent role for the successful applicant.
