Working in partnership with my client, we are seeking a meticulous and proactive Technical Compliance Administrator to join their dedicated Technical Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our company adheres to all relevant industry regulations, standards, and internal policies. You will also provide valuable administrative support to the wider Technical Team as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure ongoing compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards
- Maintain accurate and organised records of all compliance activities and generate comprehensive reports for management and regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and working closely with auditors
- Contribute to a strong safety culture by role-modelling safe behaviours and adhering to company procedures
- Support the Technical Team with wider administrative tasks as required.
About You:
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional organisational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise deadlines effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- A solid understanding of the importance of adhering to procedures.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programmes.
- Comfortable using computers and navigating online customer portals.
- A strong team player who can also work independently and autonomously.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, and hybrid working will be available after a successful probation period.
