Senior Project Manager - Asset Strategy
Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 DOE
Hours: 37.5 per week

Looking for a challenging role where your expertise shapes the future of asset management? We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead lifecycle planning and project development across a diverse portfolio of facilities.

What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain 5-year lifecycle programmes, ensuring accurate pricing and justification for future works.
- Prepare detailed project briefs and collaborate with estimators to secure costings for planned works.
- Review condition surveys and maintenance reports to create scopes of work and project estimates.
- Package survey findings into efficient project plans to minimise disruption and improve delivery.
- Support tendering and procurement processes, including RFQs and RFTs.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards throughout project planning and execution.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: Minimum HNC/HND or equivalent in a relevant discipline, plus membership of a recognised technical body.
- Experience: Proven track record in planning and pricing maintenance and lifecycle programmes. Background in M&E services preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to drive improvement and manage risk effectively.
- Security: Must hold or be eligible to obtain security clearance.
- Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
