Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be actively recruiting for our client, who are recruiting a Production Planner on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing :
- Collaboration with sales and marketing to accurately forecast customer demand
- Develop and maintain integrated production schedules than align with demand forecasts, production capacity as well as inventory targets
- Data analysis of production data, market trends and other metrics
- Liaison with a number of internal departments to ensure supply chain alignment
- Involvement with continuous improvement in relation to workflow and planning processes
- Resource allocation including manpower, materials and equipment
What you will need to succeed:
- Experience in a similar role within engineering / manufacturing essential
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- A confident communicator at all levels
- Strong IT skills including Excel and ERP - D365 or equivalent
